My goal this week
Gym at least 4 times for 30 mins
Stay on track with food
Try and lose at least 1lb on my weigh in day on Tuesday

    And if you don't mind, I'd like to use this post to say out loud (or type publicly ;) what I'm trying to achieve. I find I am more committed when I out myself!


    I am just getting back on track. Have attempted to lose the same 10 pounds for years. I lose 3, gain 4, lose 2, gain 1, etc.

    My goal this week is consistency. Working out three times, that's it.
