Looking for online and local friends (Eastern Ontario/upstate NY)

I've been off and off mfp for a while but trying to take this weight loss business more seriously since recently being diagnosed with PCOS.

Anyone can add me as a friend- I look forward to inspiring each other. I'm in Kingston, Ontario and if there is anyone in eastern Ontario or upstate new York who is ever interested in going hiking or any other activities, let me know. That could be fun!
