how do i gain the most weight today?

Im starting a biggest loser competition today at 7pm (its 12:30 now). By then I wouldve eaten all my meals for the day. In the last half hour Ive eaten a cup of grapes and 4 big mushrooms and only went up two ounces... whats some heavier food i could be eating?? i want to weigh in heavy and go way down by next week; the last 3 days i went over sodium and that helped me gain 5pounds of water weight. i cant drink alot of water before weigh in because immediatly after we will have the meeting for 2 hours and cant be going pee every 5 minutes.
im assuming meat would be a heavier type of food; what else?

why make yourself heavier temporarily just to get a "bigger loss". It's not REALLY a loss that way afterall. Why not just start out where you are REALLY starting out at and then celebrate when you lose 1-2lbs of TRUE weight next week. If you hoard food and water and up your weight on purpose, how will you feel good about a 5-8lb loss (if you happen to have one) seeings as it was all "fake weight" anyhow. I wouldn't want that.0

You don't want to gain REAL weight that you're going to have to work off. While I don't really agree with that idea, I would suggest chugging a bunch of water.0

Yeah I'd drink as much water as possible and fill up on heavy food like chicken or beef....0

I get that you want to ' win' the competition but aren't you kind of cheating it and yourself? Like everyone else said, that is not what i would want but again, water0

Grapes and mushrooms aren't going to add much weight. Rice, pasta, meat would be better.

Your best bet is probably going to be to eat immediately before weighing so that the food will still be in your stomach. Once your body starts to digest it some of it will be burned off. I'd go with heavy or dense vegetables like brussel sprouts, carrots or other root vegetables, sweet potatoes. These will be heavy before digestion without adding a lot of pounds after.0

No I dont think Im cheating; Im the only one who has been dieting for any period of time; and i will be the only one with no water weight what-so-ever to loose, and i was hitting plateaus every other week and only losing .5lbs a week on the good weeks; so i heard its good when that begins to happen to take a couple day break and go up to maintenance calories so thats what i did and it made me go over on sodium due to eating more; but i hope it would have jumped my metabolism cuz its been very bad recently.
I am just trying to make myself be on an even playing field as the other 14 people; because im friends with all of them and see how they eat and their portion sizes and never keeping track of salt and im not doing anything they are doing; ive been eating perfect without a single day off or cheat day in 115 days no one else is anywhere near me... so im just trying to have water weight like every single other person... They all had this big bbq this weekend called "big blow out for biggest loser" and had what ever they wanted because they are starting a strict diet today and wanted to indulge one last time... i didnt go; i tried to be healthy at home with just increase calories to maintenance.0 -

Im already H cup; if I go in with suddenly having a Z cup, i think someone might notice LOL!!
And plus; that would be cheating and I dont want to cheat because i have a roll of quarters in my pocket or led in my bra, i want to loose because i ligitimetly gained the weight, and i want to loose it just the same as everyone else; even if i did purposly eat heavier foods just to go up a little bit LOL.0 -

First 2 people just weighed in and they both had to pee immediately after, and both just got done eating their lunch, and one of them was drinking a bunch of water right before...
see... just a level playing field for me gaining a couple pounds of water retitintion. thank god i did or else everyone else would have an unfair advantage of water weight plus this "unfair/cheating" weight. i didnt eat or drink right before my weigh in or need to use the restroom; i was just wanting some foods i could eat prior in the day that were denser.0 -
I wouldn't call it cheating (Now rolls of quarters would be) I'd call it strategy & I'm sure every other person is doing the same thing0
