Well I'm ..... Someone who is overweight and not happy about it!
My body is just getting to big & starting to notice how uncomfortable it is
I have a aching joints and I'm now finding it hard to bend down and put my shoes on!!!
My clothes are not comfy & I don't like what I see when I look in the mirror
It's time to start doing something different & today I have
