I have room for foods left in my 1322 calorie daily intake but not sure what to eat???

    If you're not hungry dont eat. If you insist, well, i fill the gaps with peanut butter usually.

    I have no idea what food you have in your kitchen, so can't tell you what you could possibly eat...
    If you're hungry, eat what you feel like eating :wink:

    Toast with peanut butter is great too. Nutella is a little sweet for me.

    Well, take a look at your diary.
    How far under your calorie goal are you? If over 1200 and not hungry then just stop for the day.
    Have you met your protein or fat goals? If you are low on something choose a food that will fill out those goals. Drink some milk. Have an egg. Eat some cheese. Eat some lunchmeat. Have some nuts.
    Did you eat vegetables or fruits today? If not grab some carrots, broccoli, apple, or banana.
    If you have met all your needs maybe have some chocolate or whatever you want.
