STUGGLING WITH NUTRITION GOALS

Hello everyone,
It seems that I've met my goals on calories, and protein quite often but, when it comes to carbs, I'm always over, and fats I'm either way over, or I'm way under
It's a little frustrating, and I'm thinking I really don't need all this stress; I can punish myself in other ways, but why would I do that.
I want to know what I'm doing wrong, because I'm not losing any weight this way, but I'm not gaining either, which if I had all this time I can see me quitting. I'll keep going on-something's got to give. Have a great work everyone; I'll try to do the same.

Ricmon, if you're not losing weight it's not because of your macros, it's because your calories are too high. Finding the right macro balance won't magically make you lose weight but what it will do is make it easier because by eating the right proportions you will feel more satisfied and you'll provide your body with the building blocks to become healthier. But first you have to have your calories at the right level. Not sure how long you've been on here but start simple. Start with counting calories and then later worry about your macros.
However, to answer your question eating less carbs should be easy. Carbs are your grains, fruits, and veggies. Eat less of them (especially grains! which includes corn).
Getting more fats is a bit more difficult but good sources of fats are olive oil, coconut oil, avocado, and nuts. I'd say have a handful of raw cashews or almonds with a protein for an in-between meal snack. If you do protein shakes, dump a table spoon of olive oil in them (I promise you can't even tell its in there). If you're a smoothie person put a half an avocado in your smoothie.0 -
Can't tell but the culprit more times than not is sugar or sodium. Stay under 25g sugar and 2300 sodium and go from there0
