OMG...day two and already struggling!

ok...im a stay at home mom with a 5 month old who the past month has been waking up about 3-4 times a night....I am gettin so little sleep that I just feel like i have NO energy during the day! I was so motivated to start this diet/excersize thing...but im already feeling crappy...i feel like im starving myself! I am so used to eating 3 large meals that having three small meals and three small snacks just feels like its teasing me! i try to drink alot of water but it doesnt seem to help....I worked out to a video at home and today im so soar i feel like my legs are going to give up on me..hopefully that just means i worked my muscles right!? hehe!

im so desperate to lose this weight but i just feel so lazy

    You poor thing, I remember when my kids were little. I use to walk into walls I was so tired. Be sure to eat healthy. Maybe try small steps at first til you are rested. Cut back a little here and a little there drinking water will help. Baby steps hun.:heart:

    It's hard to be motivated when you're getting no sleep. Ugh! I remember those days.

    You didn't mention breastfeeding. If you are, maybe that's why you're so hungry.

    I stopped breastfeeding after the first month because he was tongue tied and had too many problems latching...so i cant use that excuse hehehe :)
