Why are they a dash (not a 0) on the app? When I consume any it reports as over my limit. I believe they are healthy fats.
Trans fats on the other hand actually has a zero, but I've managed to avoid those since starting on MFP.

It says over the limit because the limit is set to 0. You need to change the limit in settings to what ever you want it to be.0

There is a dash because there are no set limits. Also, over the goal/limit is not always bad. With these you can track them if interested but there's no specific amount recommended to be over or under, unlike sat fat (which is a limit) or fiber (which is a goal, go over freely).
Also, MFP's numbers aren't the only good ones for a healthful diet.0
