Negative adjustments

I want to enable "negative adjustments", but Ayer going to the prescribed page, I don't have that option. Do I need to be a premium user?

    I am not a premium user and I have the check box for it. It is right under my list of meal names. Weird that it does not show for you.

    Do you have a fitbit linked to MFP?

    might be a glitch log out then back in. if that doesnt work contact MFP. I dont have premium and have the option. yeah I see where you are missing that option. like shadowfax asked,do you have a device synced or linked with MFP? if not then you probably cant enable them

    Do you have a fitness tracker or app linked? It won't show unless you have something monitoring your activity throughout the day. If you do have one linked, maybe disconnect then reconnect them. Also it has to be done on the website, you can't do it in the mobile app.

    You gave to do it on a PC or in the browser...can't do it from the app on your phone.
