I burn at least 200 calories everyday while working out. My weight loss goal is 0.5 a week. Should I be eating 1800 calories a day or just 1600?

Your MFP goal doesn't include exercise so you would have to consume net 1600 calories to hit what MFP gave you.0

You are supposed to eat back exercise calories. However, sometimes the calories burned is inflated. Most people eat back 50-75% of their exercise calories, so you would be eating ~1700. Ultimately, it will take some trial and error to find what numbers are exactly right for you.0
