What is the difference between quantity per serving & quantity per grams. I may be eating more or less than I am!

Quantity per serving is the quantity for the 67 grams it lists as the serving size. Quantity per 100 grams is because some countries list that as well. Weigh your serving to determine how much you're eating.0

One gives you info for 67 grams (which is the serving size) and the other is for 100 grams. I'm guessing it's so you can compare info with other products that use different serving sizes. Anyway, weigh your serving and log it in grams and it'll be correct.0

Weigh it and enter the number of grams that your particular serving weighs. The MFP entry should say something like "serving size 67 g," so switch the serving size to 1 gram and enter the number of grams.
My brussels sprouts are 85g/serving. I actually ate 137g. This is how I entered them.
