Hello I'm Gina. I'm back at it after 4 years off of excersize. Knee surgery turned into an excuse I gave myself to regain 35lbs of the 130lbs I lost in gastric bypass and excersize. Now with LA Fitness, trainer. Working to drop this regained weight and then some. Hopefully there are some folks out there who have a large amount of weight they want to drop like me.
