Need more details. There is more than just "being on MyFitnessPal". What are your calorie goals? Are you weighing your food? What food are you eating? How much exercise do you do? Can't help without some background.0

This is going to sound mean but you make a post about not losing with some excuse every few days. You seem set upon that one medication has made losing weight impossible (lovan/Prozac) and constantly make boards blaming it. You also make boards about food you ate but had no idea the calorie count of (like a box of Krispy kreme doughnuts). Until you stop trying to blame things and actually buckle down/stick to a calorie deficit, you won't lose weight.

I am sticking to a calorie deficit, just not seeing changes
If you were truly in a deficit, you would be losing weight.2 -
Didn't realize you were a repeat poster about weight loss complaints. I'm backing slowly out of this conversation.3

You clearly have issues surrounding your relationship with food and your weight. You need to see a professional about this.0

Why don't you open your diary so we can maybe give some pointers.1
-
Yeah ignore my request as you seem to be posting quite a lot. Maybe then less posting and more logging ?1

As above, not trying to sound mean but according to your profile you joined on the 26th February (so 3 rather than 5 months) and have already clocked up a massive 304 posts. On some posts you have lost weight, on some you have lost nothing. Your goals change and you refuse to open your diary so that people can help you. Please go and see your primary health provider and let them take blood tests to rule out health issues and get them to advise on what referrals (fistic in, counselling, specialist medical etc) that can help you progress.
No one here can help you unless you participate in the process.1 -

OK I have not got time to look over it all but immediately what striked me is things like Cereal logged (All bran say) but no milk. Are you eating them dry ? And pancakes but no butter or syrup or jam ? You eating them dry too ?
I'm sure this is not all that is going on but it does raise my eyebrow immediately.
Also your excercise. Be careful you are not logging step based excercises if you are wearing your fitbit. I am not sure what your HIIT excercises are that I see but I see them and I see a fit bit adjustment. Be very careful you are not double counting your burn.

The one thing that I noticed in your diary is the chicken tenders 67 grams every single time and multiple brands/restaurants in one meal.1
-
Yeah those chicken tenders @Queenmunchy mentions - looking at the database entry that is what has been setup for 1 but you are going to have to weight it... could easily be off.0

Anthony's grapes seem a bit low on calories. Unless you are Anthony stop using that entry and instead weigh your grapes. 10 grapes can vary massively and I am not convinced with that entry.
I have looked over 3 or 4 weeks now, and I think you need to start weighing all your food and logging everything you are eating, including condiments, extras, etc. I think you have been logging the basics in your diet but you are not truly logging everything you are eating I think. Unless you like 4 mini tacos with salad cream for lunch. Each to their own.. it just seems there is something missing.
Also things like '1 serving' and 'Elena's mud pie'... sort of show you are just picking entries you think will fit. All of this is absolutely fine if it is what you want to do, but then you have to accept it might be the reason why this is not working for you.
