What are you using to measure your bf%?1

The weight machine in PureGym0

Normal fluctuations? Water retention? Do you exercise? Are you constipated? A body fat reduction from 66.81 to 63.648 in a few days sounds allright to me.0

Yeah I go gym everyday and lose over 1,000 calories0
-
How long are you in the gym and what you doing to burn 1000 cals a session?

I do 5.5 speed on treadmill with 15% incline for 30 minutes i lose around 600-700
Then i do 20 mins bike and 20 mins cross training
and at the end i do light weights0 -
Calorie estimates on cardio machines are notoriously unreliable, as are the body fat % on pretty much anything bar a DEXA scan.
For example, a lot of bodyfat measuring tools use an electrical current which passes through you and measures resistance. How hydrated you are can massively effect its readings.
I would use the readings as a general trend, maybe, but certainly no more than that.0 -

You are more likely to get an accurate body fat reading by measuring your neck, waist and hips and looking it up with an internet calculator than anything at the gym or a home body fat scale. Those things use algorithms and nothing more. They do not actually measure your body fat with anything more than an educated guess.0 -

You lot don't believe me i do 1,000 calories a day I will record it for you tomorrow and up load it on YouTube1

1000 cals a day..so 7000 cals a week thats -2lbs without even considering a food deficit. Your numbers are wrong or you're eating too much.1

I don't thinking people are saying that you're lying about thinking you're burning 1000 calories. What they're asking is how you're coming up with that number?
If it's gym machines / mfp calculations these can be really over estimated. So if you eat back all your exercise calories you might be wiping out your deficit. Most people start by eating back 50 - 75% & see how they get on.1 -
i just lost over 1,000 calories by doing 55minutes on number 5 speed and 15 incline0
-
Those machines are well known to be far from accurate.
As a general rule many people only eat back half of their exercise calories to compensate for this.
Honestly Id take that 1010cal with a pinch of salt.

Again, these are machine & mfp estimates. They're calculated based on height & weight but not everyone with those stats is the same & as such they're not necessarily accurate for you and can't be taken as 100% correct. My experience (& I think a lot of people's here) is that they are overestimated quite a lot.
If you're struggling why not at least try some of the advice on this thread - mainly accurate logging & reducing percentage of exercise calories consumed?
Edited to add: not trying to be aggro here just that you said you are struggling to continue to lose.
Just curious as well, how are you measuring your body fat percentage?0 -
OP you're not listening. Those machines are notorious for over estimating calorie burn. Even though the machine says you burned 1000+ calories, doesn't mean you actually did. If you aren't losing weight you are eating too much plain and simple. To clear up any confusion, have a look at the stickies at the top of the page, lots of great info and FAQ can be found there.0
