    Find people with like goals. People who have 20lbs or less, people with 20-30 people with 50 or more, ppl with 100 or more. You tend to relate a little more. Some people are gym rats, that may be motivation, that may be a turn off. Some people eat chia seeds and smoothies all day...stuff like that doesn't motivate me. I tend to follow people who eat normally, exercise regularly, track consistently and go through similar successes and struggles. As you read the forums, you'll begin to identify those people. I wish you well!
