Hi everybody.
I have reinstalled MFP after throwing it off two times. What I am looking for is a tool with a large food database - that part is covered - where I can enter my own macros for workout and rest days, or at least one set of macros, and enter all I eat against it. The basic functionality does not allow this, but what about the full package? I don't mind forking out for the right tool, but it's hard to evaluate whether it covers my needs. I could make a city trip with the money I've spent on apps that are no longer on my phone, and have become quite careful.
So does anyone use the app in the same way? Can I say I need eg 250 g protein, 150 g carb, 70 g of fat - rather than have the app calculate it, and then enter my food and see how far I have come for all three? I don't even need the kcal readout, although it's not in the way. It's just not what I need.
