Really want to lose weight and need some motivation!!

Welcome! There are several motivation and support groups here in the forums, plus lots of different challenge threads. Feel free to jump in on any of them!

Find people with like goals. People who have 20lbs or less, people with 20-30 people with 50 or more, ppl with 100 or more. You tend to relate a little more. Some people are gym rats, that may be motivation, that may be a turn off. Some people eat chia seeds and smoothies all day...stuff like that doesn't motivate me. I tend to follow people who eat normally, exercise regularly, track consistently and go through similar successes and struggles. As you read the forums, you'll begin to identify those people. I wish you well!1
