Really want the motivation to lose some weight!

    Motivation comes and goes. Just decide that you want to lose weight, buy an electronic kitchen scale, log your food and aim to hit your calorie goal every day. That's what it takes. If you're not ready to do that, just forget it.

    It's true, motivation comes and goes it really does. I've tried losing weight many times and I just wasn't motivated enough and ended up giving up. This time though, I am so determined. This app helps A LOT. I'm excited to lose weight and be the best me I can be :)

    Or if you're willing, just push yourself to do little by little. Once you see a change the motivation is sure to come!
