So, I'm trying to eat my 1200kcals a day and right now I have 440kcal left, or 439kcal (forgot about the green tea I'm drinking!).

Anyone have any quick, filling, healthy but not too heavy snacks I could have? Trying to get as close to the 1200 mark as possible here :(

Dried fruit and nut mix. Very easy to adapt your portion size to fit remaining calories.

Looks like you could use some protein.

3-4 tablespoons of Peanut Butter. Will help your protien shortage too.

I don't have any peanut butter in the house just now :(

I need to go and shop for me tomorrow. I still live at home so it's more of a pick and choose with what is there. I have a yoghurt, high fibre cereal bar and strip cheese. Still less than 250kcals though :(

Simply said, look at what you have left in calories/fat/carbs/protein. Go to pantry or refrigerator. Look at labels. Do math. Consume.

How about you exercise a little so you can have something you really want. The worst thing to do is eat something you don't like much or won't leave you satisfied. It could lead you to eating more than you should later. I suggest even a brisk walk, a few push ups or whatever you liek to do. This way you have more calories to eat now and helps burn the calories you eat after you workout faster!

It's okay now! I changed my yogurt for a different kind. Stupid me, when trying to increase my calories for the night, I grabbed my low fat ones LOL.

So I am over my fibre and sugar by a slight bit, but it's nothing that cannot be ressurected tomorrow and put back on track, considering I know exactly where I went wrong with each :D

Over in fibre - not a problem.

Sugar levels set by MFP are really low, so if your intake is coming from fruit and other natural sources, not a cause for concern either.

Quick healthy calorie fillers - glass of milk, piece of cheese, nuts, avocado, dates
