Just wanted to say hey I am from Arkansas too and I am soo glad to have found this site!!! I didnt really relize just how much junk was going into my body!!! I really need to lose quite a bit of weight but today is the first day of the rest of my life. I am more determined to do this I have tried to lose weight before but got discouraged and quit! So best of luck to everyone.

    Welcome! I have been struggling as well and I just got discourged this week when I gained a pound. Hang in there though. We can do it!

    We will do it, and then we are off to Vegas to see THUNDER DOWN UNDER!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I think the guys wouldn't mind, what do you think? LOL
