Hi all,

I've lost about 30 lbs thus far. Now I'm dealing with the cellulite and wanting to tone and slim my thighs. I run about 2-3x a week depending on weather.

Any exercises to help LOSE & TONE?

Ps. I've changed my eating as well.

Unfortunately you can't target weight loss in a specific area. You can definitely start lifting in an effort to retain lean mass in your legs while you lose weight and that should help with your goal. However, your body in a deficit will lose fat from where it genetically is programmed to.

Run a bit more. 3-4 days a week.

^^Yup. Just stick to what you're doing, but in the end...to a degree it's going to be what it's going to be. Im in maintenance now, and I still have big legs, but....I'm keeping up with my workouts and it really is helping as far as firming things up and reducing the appearance of cellulite. If you aren't doing any strength training, I would consider getting on a program to go along with your cardio. If you keep at it, it will get better over time. Weights help a lot though....

Not going to state the obvious on spot reduction, but I found running and front squats have given good overall appearance. Cycling isn't great for me and tends to bulk them ...they look and feel bigger in clothes.

Unfortunately I have a knee problem and doing more cycling now, but keeping resistance low...
