New need help

I am just starting out on this site. I have one big ??? I have a problem with my back that makes it at the moment that i can't even stand for 20 mins let allown walk for 15 mins without massive pain. I am on pain medication for this. I also have sciatica in both legs. So my ??? is what exercise can i do?

    Do you have a pool or know of one you can use? I hear water exercise is easy on bad joints, sore backs, ect. Just start out slow and take it easy. Even just doing some exercise for small time amounts is better then nothing. Good luck and hope you're feeling better soon.
  • I'm not sure about this but how about a recumbant bike? You are sitting back int the seat with your leags in front of you so there is no bending down over the handlbars.
