If you're female and struggle with binge eating feel free to add me ! I struggled badly for 2 years, read Brain Over Binge and was doing great for months but for about 9 weeks now it's been a little rough again.

    I am not sure how to add you? I am a 28 yr old female and I have struggled with binge eating for the past 7 years. I have also recently started reaching brain over binge, but still struggle. Would love to connect- support and accountability are important!
