Im using this app to keep track of not only what I eat but my macros, this is super new to me, any advice?
Im also gluten free, NOT by choice.

I am lifting 5-6 days a week with 1-2 days of cardio.

My advice is just to track what you eat for a week or two to see what you're hitting right now. Are you under/over on something? If so, you can review what foods may be crowding out what you need and adjust from there.

Make sure you know what macros you are trying to hit. the right calorie and macro ranges for your goals. Try to come as close as you can to your numbers each day. Avoiding gluten is independent and a lot easier to do these days with the food industry attune to the gluten propaganda. With it being a necessity for you, you know what your carb choices have to be and to make sure its not sneaking into other products and processed foods. I eat whole food and no grains 6 days per week, and have no trouble with macros so I'm sure youll be good! That's a good program so just make sure you're fueled, and if you are scaling down carbs and upping your fat that you give yourself time to adapt. becoming fat adapted takes time but it does work and pay off in the end.
