So I have been on this weight loss journey for awhile now. Hardcore since Feb. Allowing myself 1300 calories a day & working out 4 to 5 times a week. Lately I have been more hungry which makes it hard & sometimes impossible to stay under or at 1300 & I have been less motivated. I have stopped losing weight as well. Help!

Are you eating at least half of your exercise calories back? How much do you have to lose?

How long has it been since you last lost weight?

Do you WEIGH your food using a food scale?

You should be following the caloric goals given to you by the app, it's not a random number. That number also changes as you lose weight.

Probably burning yourself out. If you're not taking in the right amount of energy you're going to get sluggish and less willing to do things. Get a food scale, and eat back some of your exercise calories.

Make sure you're weighing everything correctly and easy back at least half of your exercise calories. I've got somewhere around 70lb more to lose and rarely eat under 1800 Calories to consistently lose.

You're not giving your body the right fuel I weigh 130 pounds and can eat 1700 calories a day and still lose weight. If you're working out that much you're probably burning alot more than 1300 calories and shoukd be eating more to create less of a deficit to provide for steady and reasonable weightloss.
