need help

When I started I was 212 back in September 29 2014 . Now im 207 I been trying to do this on my own with not logging . Im not really big on excercise so I figure best thing is to watch food intake. I excercise daily just dont go to gym. I walk daily and do some zumba and stationery bike and dance and I plan on doing cize workout once I order it. I need help sticking with something I get burn out fast doing same thing. Help me stay motivated
