Hey guys,

I was sick for the past few days.... didn't drink more than TWO glasses of water both days combined, and hardly ate a bite .... i know i should jump right back on the horse as normal, but i don't have all my strength back quite yet, and i'm not sure if i'm even going to be hungry, or if i'll be 10x hungrier because i haven't been eating. I'm still on my TOM and not 100% back to my old self yet, but it's bearable enough for me to get back to work tomorrow as long as all stays how it is now.

any advice would be helpful :) thanks guys!

I was sick with sinus infection for 2 weeks and survived mostly on soup. Once I felt better I slowly started eating the foods I liked in small portions because I got used to not eating. You will slowly get back to your normal eating habits. I was afraid I would gorge on food because I had not been eating, but it did not happen.
