I love the weight loss yoga DVD by bob harper. I feel confident because I can actually do it and definitley sweat after I'm done. Is it stretching or strength?

It's a little of both it is strength training using your body weight usually and incorporates stretching1

The only thing I consider strength training is when I actually pick up weights.
For me yoga would be stretching not strength training.2 -
It's both. When you get to the more advanced moves like handstands you're gonna need a lot of upper body strength to support you're pose. You're also gonna need some core strength0

It depends on what type one is doing.
I do inverts and it takes more strength to do so.0
