Hey, everyone. I'm looking for suggestions on pre-workouts, more specifically for women if there are any good ones.

I take Beachbody Energize before my 4:30am workouts and it helps me wake up and get through.

Coffee, all that is needed if anything. Pre workout is just a marketing scam imho.

There are no gender specific pre workouts or post workouts. Anyone that would have you believe that is purely trying to get your money. Coffee and a banana would be the best thing if you aren't a serious lifter it trainer

Mutant madness is pretty awesome. And it is not speifically for women; it's great for anyone who wants to get strong.

I swim 4 miles before work in the morning.
For me I do 2 scoops of combat with 2 scoops of Amino Energy. The 'energy" in it is just 100mg of caffeine from Colombian coffee.
But if I swim after work I don't add any stimulants.

Unless you need the calories, just coffee or some caffeine is fine. Attitude to working out is more important.

Pre workouts are generally just creatine, beta alanine (which can cause pins and needles feeling in your skin) and caffeine or similar compounds.

I make my own because it is a lot cheaper, but I do enjoy pre made ones as well. I find drinking them helps me get in the right mind set. Is it a placebo affect? Maybe. But if it's stupid and works, is it stupid?
