Any herbal teas good for bloating?

Is there such thing? Lately I've been feeling very bloated? Hmmm just a curious question ...lol

    Dandelion root is the first thing that comes to mind. Acts as a mild diuretic to help lose water weight.

    Yep, second dandelion tea. I sometimes brew a cup, let it cool then fill up a 1L bottle with the tea, cranberry juice (also a diuretic) and water.

    Peppermint tea really helps me.

    Oolong tea is great for stomach issues.

    Yerba mate tea is good for bloating. It tastes pretty good with a little honey.
