Hi there, I'm gonna try an all fruit diet for a few weeks. I've been eating mostly fruit the past few weeks but I imagine it's gonna be hard to cut out cooked food completely.

That's a terrible idea, but I'm going to bite the bullet and ask why?2

either way, it'll prove one thing - a healthy balanced diet is the best way to lose weight - balance being the key word.
OP - despite the fact fruit is good for you, you can have too much of a good thing, and when it's only fruit it's going to seriously mess up your digestion - you'll lose a lot of muscle mass and you're joints and heart aren't going to like you because you won't be getting any dietary fat.1 -

For a few weeks it won't be particularly damaging but this is not a good idea and won't lead anywhere.
Why are you doing this, why not focus on something you can do long term?0 -
I agree that this is probably a really bad idea0
-
Why on earth would you do that??0

A lot of fruit is extremely high in sugar. Just saying.

Aw OP! You remind me of me in the younger days when I knew nothing about nutrition. I mean, I still know next to nothing, but I know that can't be good!
There was a diet I was on that had all smoothies for one week, and since I didn't like smoothies or the veggies, I just ate fruit. I didn't last the whole week because I felt awful! I really did. So hungry, nauseous because of it, and I got very depressed. Just that one week this happened!
I really hope you think again, it's really no good for you at all1 -

I don't think this is a good idea.
Why do you want to attempt this ?0 -
^^^All of this.0

OP--have to agree with all of the above. Ever heard of "olden times" when people talked about a "well ballanced meal"? The way to happy weight loss is paved with variences in your diet. Please reconsider and do this the right way.1

Oh god I love tomatoes!
I have a hunch that this is a "troll" under the bridge. Maybe trolls don't need protein or fat. Maybe they weren't eating the goats they were just using their skin for new speedos.
