Creamy greek yogurt sauce?

I use non fat Greek, 1 large English file grate it up and let the juice dry up some and 3 clove garlic I mince it and don't press it it gets to spicy and burns your mouth. Add some dill.
The key is not to over mix it. Let it sit in the fridge for a few hours.

I make turkey burgers with Greek seasoning and top it with the yogurt on a 100 cal flat bread yummy
