    DUDE! WAY TO GO!!! I'm right there with ya! When I first started off on weight loss by myself, I was 398lbs. Years later, I struggled to make it to 325lbs and got stuck on a plateau (that was because I wasn't eating less than I was burning, duh) and now, three months later, 298lbs! It's my first major milestone and I'm pumped.

    Keep up the AWESOME work - you're looking better every day!
