Been here 100 times. None of my clothes fit, I'm tired, lazy, miserable.
Time to put the work in to lose it AGAIN and maybe it good habits will stick this time. I'm getting too old for this rollercoaster!!

    In the previous times you lost the weight, how radically did you change your eating? I'm assuming that you lost the weight and then went back to eating what you wanted and liked. Try losing the weight by eating what you want and like in proper portion sizes. Good luck.

    I know exactly what you mean. I enjoy eating fresh, healthy food and even try to grow or raise a lot of what I eat. But an emotional junk food binge can throw me off track for weeks or months at a time.

    This is me! All or nothing black and white. One slip up can leave me feeling like such a failure and I throw the towel in. It's all psychological though and I'm changing my way of thinking about food. Add me for mutual support if you'd like
