So I weigh 237 lbs and I work a cd warehouse. Meaning im wirking at a wearhousr full of dvds, movies, music, records, casette tapes and blue rays.
it is not air conditioned in there. Also take into account that Iive and work in tennessee.

Also I take a stimulant for my narcalopsy to help me stay awake. So that makes me a tad warmer

I am wanting to know how much salt, vitamins, minerals, and micronutrients should I consume each day to loose any weight (meaning as much fat as possible and as little water and what not) and feel fine.

I feel my current calories are good and am having some slow (.1 lbs per week) success but I gain loads if I eat any dairy in any form or any thing derived from it. Also the same goes with gluten.

Being sweaty or hotter doesn't mean you're burning more calories. If anything you burn more when cold to warm your body up. Also just eat a balanced diet. Micros won't really determine weight loss at all. Focus on a caloric deficit either through macros or calories. If you want to retain less water than either drink more or eat less sodium. Yeah get your micros in, but that won't determine weight loss. Dont focus on water retention in terms of weight. Focus on FAT loss not weight loss/ gain

Set your goal to 2lbs a week, and eat within that calorie range. Macros don't matter. I would know, I eat an absolutely awful and not-at-all balanced diet (so many frozen meals/pasta bowls/breads!), but I've lost 14lbs so far.

Losing .1/wk means that you're not sticking to your deficit. You don't have to eat gluten or milk products, just eat everything else.

Weight loss comes from a calorie deficit.

Working or living in a hot climate just means you are sweating more but doesn't necessarily mean you are burning that many more calories that it would make a difference.

If you are allergic to certain foods then dont eat them. For weight loss all you need is a calorie deficit.
People still lose weight all the time eating whatever macros /micros they want. Because weight loss comes from a calorie deficit.

If you're not losing, you're just eating too much. And unless you're intolerant to dairy and gluten, it won't magically make you gain weight... You could be retaining water though.

I don't necessarily agree with a 2lb a week loss rate because I find it too aggressive, but I'd start with 1 lb a week and log your food accurately (and that means weighing it).
