I have a belly that hangs down... Not just sticks out. I started losing weight in February and I've lost 30 pounds. Very excited about that but I still have a long way to go. I'm having a hard time imagining my belly gone. I know there will loose skin but will my belly raise up as I lose more weight and exercise? Please, if any of you used to have a hanging belly and was able to lose it, please share a pic or at least comment and let me know that this CAN happen!!

Good job on your 30 lbs! Belly hanging low is just fat and skin that reacts eith gravity. the first thing is to lose the fat and strenthen the muscles in your abdomen to help pull the remaining up up. I dont have any photos for you but when I lost fat in my stomach the entire look started to flatten out.3

I never had a seriously large belly but it was still plenty big. But it never stood out, it fell down into what a lot of people call and apron. Likely because my poor core muscles. I lost about 30lbs and then started doing several types of crunches ever other day. As much as I could handle. I'm at 37lbs down so far but the look of my stomach has really improved. Definitely lifed. This will also help prevent loose skin.1
