After shopping for a few weeks, looking at every snack going and comparing calories, fat, etc, and finding some that surprised me, i thought itd be a good idea to share what we use/found etc, to give us something else to try.

Obviously this'll differ country to country, but ill start us off with some from the UK.

Danone Shape Mouse

White chocolate flavour is by far the best, around 100 calories per pot, and is absolutely gorgeous!

Walkers Baked Crisps

Surprisingly low in calories and fat, even lower than quavers, french fries, etc, and not too bad tasting either.

Malt Loaf

Great for those days when your calories are low, but your fat is high. 2 slices has 250 cal but only 1g of fat.

Bernard Matthews Roast Turkey Chunks.

My everyday lunch. One pack has around 100 cal, and 1g of fat. Great in toast :D

Sugarfree Polos

A great snack when you just want....something...80 cal a pack, but youll hardly ever eat a pack in a single sitting.

So, what else have you guys found that is your "go-to" snack? Share!

My favorites are quaker true delights fiber crisps (wild blueberry and blackberry-pomegranite are my favorites) and trader joe's turkey jerky but I also like-
nature valley oats and dark chocolate bars
    blueberries
    watermelon
    chocolate graham goldfish
    pistachios
lance peanut butter and whole wheat crackers
plain greek yogurt with sugar free jelly added
    PB2
    trader joe's reduced guilt popcorn
sugar free cherry lifesavers and werther's original
    sugar free gum
trader joe's freeze dried fruit (esp. mango, strawberries, blueberries, and bananas)
fiber one honey squares (they remind me of waffle crisp cereal)

I REALLY want to try these fruity pebble treats (like rice krispies) and they only have 90 calories in them, but i feel like they are not exactly worth it compared to my other snacks...

    OMG.
I discovered these for the first time last week.
They are better than any candy bar I've ever eaten in my life!

I try to keep my snacks very simple. Usually, it ends up being cheese sticks and carrots. I try to make a smoothie in the afternoon, but if I'm in a hurry, I like Clif bars. Favorites include: Oatmeal Raisin Walnut and White Chocolate Macadamia.

The white chocolate macadamia is like a healthy version of my favorite cookie. It makes me smile.
