Hello! My names Tyler but my friends call me gremlin. Mostly because I'm to short fat kid who looks cuddly. depression and anxity have got the best of I've ballooned up 193. Just looking for helpful tips on getting back down a more appealing weight..

    Welcome! The amount of tips and info here is astounding. For now though, log what you eat faithfully to have an idea what your putting in your body.

    Tyler, You need to figure out what your daily calorie burn is and then eat under that. It's really that simple you will lose weight. Do you exercise at all?

    welcome, and a calorie deficit is the way to go. Focus on being active (more standing/walking, less sitting) and you will get there.

    Thanks for the replays, I have been doing 40-50 minutes walking on the treadmill with a slight incline. I sit most of the day at work, so all the weight is right in my mid section.
