Need to get myself out of this self destructing mood/slump/depression or whatever you call it. Need some friends who will honestly check in everyday and to keep each other on the right path. I love to eat clean and exercise, ok by exercise I mean jog 2-3 times per week. When one of those falls out of place the other one follows. Why in the h€!! is this so hard. I have kept of 40lbs over this past year and I fear I'm heading to put it back on. Would love some friend invites from someone who isn't afraid to remind me to get my head out of my @$$.

Get one of those rubber wrist bands with a saying on it, then snap it hard everytime you get in a funk!

As a practitioner of Tai Quan Leap, I do not believe in kicks to the pants, but rather...a boot to the head.

I don't care if you eat clean or not, because all you need for weight loss is to be in deficit. If you are choosing clean eating for health that's wonderful and I salute you.

My kick in the pants: Stop making excuses and start making the decision to do what is best for you whether you feel like it or not.

Friends or not, you have to use the food diary to log everything you eat. Use a scale to weigh everything you eat. This is how you get control of eating and keep things from getting out of hand.
