Anyone into Blogilates?

I was just curious what entry you use on MFP to log the workout? The one "pilates" option doesn't seem quite right as I'm usually sweating, panting, and hella sore the next day for what MFP shows as a low calorie burn...or maybe it's just wishful thinking on my end.

    Not sure about how to enter in blogilates - I just used my hrm while doing it today. Just starting blogilates and am doing thr beginner calender. How's it working for you ?

    Using my Fitbit, I've found that her calendar workouts burn between 100-300 calories. 100 cals being more of the strength training days and closer to 300 with her HIIT style, "Get sweaty"days.

    Lol I've started to record my burn for each of her days so I can guesstimate by seeing which videos if it's more of a 150 cal burn day or closer to a 260.

    Oh! And her PIIT 28 free YouTube videos burn ~300 because OOF do they raise your heart rate!

    I stick with "pilates" no matter what. Yeah, I'll be huffing and puffing at the end, and the pilates calories given seem too little, but I rather underestimate the burned calories.
