Hey everyone just joined this thing. Had our annual physicals for work and doc said to get this app to help with macros and what not. Seems cool like the recipe page. Not really sure how everything else works

    Another AZ fire guy? Welcome! Did he specify what macros or anything he wanted you to shoot for? This app is awesome for keeping your nutrition in check. Much easier than pen and paper!
