Looking for friends for mutual motivation

Options
I am 40 years old and have been about 60 lbs overweight since my 2nd child was born. For a long time I blamed it on depression stemming from the very toxic relationship with my ex-husband (I actually lost 40 lbs in the 3 months following our split), but I have been married to a great man for the last 9 years and, other than the occasional life hiccup, I have been happy. And yet, I have gained back the 40 lbs plus another 10. I can get up and move and eat better for a couple of weeks, but I never keep it up. I'd like to blame it on being busy or tired, but I just lose the motivation to do better.
I need friends who I can help to motivate and who will remind me that I want to be stronger, increase my lung capacity (asthmatic for 35 years), be more active outdoors like I was as a kid, not be in pain by the time I'm 50, and just be healthier overall.
