Is it ok to be under your recommended calorie consumption? I eat mostly raw foods and fish so Ive eaten allot and I don't feel hungry but i'm about 200 calories under. Should I force myself to eat more or will I be ok?

as long as you don't go under 1200 calories it should be ok0

If you occasionally are under it is not that big an issue, but most days you should make sure that you eat all your calories - especially if you are already on 1200 calories - and then if you exercise you need to eat more ("eat back your exercise calories")0

If you would like to reach goal, be fit, and maintain FOR THE REST OF YOUR LIFE, then yes, you need to meet your minimum.
