Just saw your loss. That is a huge achievement in this time.

You know what is funny? I also quit smoking, and I also belong to a community of people who are quitting or have quit.. So I was actually posting about having a hard time with the cravings, after 45 days. Well I certainly appreciate you all reaching out to me.

Yes, I am proud of my loss, I have been walking 4-5 times a week. I noticed the weight start to drop off as I increased from 2 times a week to 5. I feel like I can go on my cruise and not look horrible in my bathing suit, but will have to get back on my healthy plan when I get back to shed my final weight.

I think its like any other big life change, it gets tiring after a while. I always think of it like holding a beach ball under water. At first its not hard but after a while the fun is over. You just have to keep fighting for what you know is a good thing. I am having the same problem after 40 lbs of loss. It's a pain in the butt but I'm not giving up. Just keep working at it!
