anytime I need motivation I go to the sucess stories section and look through all the pics of everyone's progress and it perks me right up...I can SOOOO do this. I'm usually going through there twice a week....lol. You can do it0

Try to focus on what your going to eat for that day. If you need to eat out make it so that it fits w/in your calories. Don't deprive yourself add things you like here and there. The important thing is, is that your moving forward. Keep your head up and remind yourself everyday why your doing this.0

I know how you feel, especially with needing motivation (thats how I felt after a VERY stressful weekend - just passed). Yesterday I decided to take a picture of myself and compare it to one I took earlier in the month... I found some motivation after seeing the pictures side by side. Plus my friends here on MFP, and my sister (she uses this sometimes) are motivating me to keep going... I don't know how to post pictures, but you can see my thumbnail photo, the first one was taken June 11 (I didnt take a picture when I first started) and the second was taken yesterday... (its not a huge difference, but its something
)
Keep your head up, and remember you are not on this journey alone, you have a whole new supportive Family here at MFP!! Good luck :flowerforyou:0 -
I have trouble when I'm home instead of work too. Use extra time to plan and cook healthy meals and snacks that you wouldn't usually have time for. Find something to read about health (cookbooks, diet tips, etc). Keep moving!! Use extra time to excercise.0

Exercise is important, but don't overdo it--keep it fun for yourself. And watch the sodium in your diet. Please don't be hard on yourself--we all have bad weeks occasionally. Just know that you are a very strong person who was following a healthy diet for a while and can do it again, one step at a time. You've done the right thing by reaching out to others at MFP; we're here to be your biggest cheerleaders and number one fans. Looking forward to more posts from you, telling us you're back on track taking care of your health! :happy:0
