Help with weight loss and need advices.

;) not feeling so good. Starting my diet today. I'm hoping by my birthday next year I'll reached my goal.

    What is the macro % of carbs, protein and fats in your new Way Of Eating? I find macros being the foundation of any WOE.

    Consider changing your goal. Instead of being a certain weight or looking a certain way by a certain date, think about being a little healthier every day from now on. Hope you feel better soon. :)

    If someone has 150+ pounds to lose, yes...not so much for anything under that

    Welcome, please don't feel bad you should feel very proud that you are taking a positive step toward being a healthier person. You have come to the right place for support and advice.

    These are the things that have helped me.

    Weigh and log ALL your food every day so you know exactly how many calories you are eating.
    Stick to the calorie goal MFP has given you.
    Exercise regularly for fitness.
    Above all be patient and do not give up we all have bad days just pick yourself up and get back on track the next.

    You can do it, check out the success stories and you will see a lot of people just like us who have lost amazing amounts of weight by using MFP and not giving up.
