I feel bloated and fat still

I have been doing good on my calorie counting and I just feel bloated I went from 191 to 160 and for the last week I just feel like my stomach is huge and bloated all the time. When I excersise it seems my weight goes up for a couple days then drops like when I'm sore I become dead weight or something. I would really like some tips and low calorie ideas

While you are good on calorie counting, what types of food are you eating? High sodium foods will do that.

You definitely will retain water in your muscles after a workout, but it actually should improve your overall appearance since it lowers your body fat percentage (very slightly) by increasing lean body mass and making your muscles look fuller.

Congratulations on your loss! Since you're just feeling bloated for the last week, I'm going to guess it's TOM. A recent meal with high sodium can do it, too. Sometimes it's just an off week.

In the meantime, just keep doing what you're doing with staying with your calorie deficit and exercising! Those things have been working for you! (Again, KUDOS!)

I would also recommend that it might be time to mix it up some. Try some new and different vegetables. Explore new recipes. I've been playing around with brussels sprout lately -- sauteeing or roasting with bacon or sausage. I put sauteed onion and red pepper in eggs over wilted spinach (or instead of eggs, with chicken). Thin little pork chops are great any time. Roasted fresh green beans with shallots and garlic are yummy. Experiment!

You're doing great. Keep it up, don't get discouraged over temporary setbacks.

Bloated too. Do yourself a favor and first sign of constipation and bloat start Metamucil. I waited and it's been 5 days with no BM.

Reduce your sodium intake if you can.
Also, might be something you're eating that makes you bloated. If I eat raw veggies, I get terrible bloating and a sore stomach. If I cook them, that doesn't happen.

Everyone retains water after working out those muscles.
    * Alcohol can also cause temp weight gain.

    Try Dieters Tea!

Also, the LokaTrain app has an "online diet and workout" section and you can direct message the trainers on the app if you need help or have questions! Try it; it helped me get that expert feedback!

Are you drinking adequate water (or equivalent)? That's a good thing to do to help flush water weight (oddly enough), and can help minimize constipation as well.
