Macaroni and cheese, especially a really gooey recipe. My husband and I want to make a small as healthy as possible Mac with Monterey Jack cheese, it's my current obsession. We used it on tacos and an Enchilada casserole and I'm glad we used it all up otherwise I'd have made sure it didn't see another day!0
