So i exercise like 4-5 days a week but I havent been eating as good as I should be so that is why I am not losing the weight that I want to lose. Does anyone have any suggestions on like what I can eat each day? Or what do you guys eat each day that is healthy and helps you lose weight? I really need some suggestions and ideas on what I can eat.

Eat what you like to eat but in small enough portions so that you are consuming fewer calories than your body uses.
As long as you create a calorie deficit, you'll lose weight.4 -
Eat at a sustained calorie deficit to lose weight. Healthy food is a diet that provides you with all the nutrition you need, at an appropriate calorie level, which will depend on your height, weight, age, sex and activity level, and whether you need to lose, gain or maintain weight.
If you think certain foods help you lose weight, you'd have to ask the person who gave you that idea for directions.2 -
The beauty of counting calories is there are no forbidden foods. Just keep it healthy and balanced and include all the food that you love.2

Eat fewer calories than you burn.
But a more specific tip ...
Go to your local grocery stores and food markets and have a really good look around. Look at what's on the shelves, read the labels. Find out how many calories things have. Find good-tasting, low cal choices. Look at foods you are familiar with ... look at foods that are new to you, that you might not have looked at before. Have a really good browse.
For unpackaged foods, use NutritionData. http://nutritiondata.self.com/

If you really have no idea you can look at other people's diaries.
But you will likely do best with foods you personally prefer.2 -
everyone is correct. You can eat anything you want as long as you are in a calorie deficit. However, you will find that if you feel your calories with too many cookies for example you will be starving throughout the day from Hunger. Experiment, and you will find healthier options that allow you to eat a lot more and still remain under your calorie limit. The previous poster talked about looking at food labels and finding good choices. That is definitely my suggestion as well.2

Eat what you like . weight loss comes from a calorie deficit. Eat less then you burn and you will lose weight.1

Google macro calculator and figure out your macro nutrients. How much fat, carbs and protein you should be getting each day based on your activity level and current bodyweight. You cannot just calorie count. You need to be getting the right calories at the right time.0

People often seem to want others to tell them what to do, I've noticed. Getting to decide what you like to eat and want to eat is one of the great joys of being an adult and being alive.2

For weight loss, timing of foods does not matter, nor do macros (unless you have a specific medical condition).
All that matters is eating at a calorie deficit.4 -
It doesn't matter what you eat for fat loss, calories are everything.
But I think what you might be asking is what foods would be good to make it easier.
For many people who struggle with overeating, predominantly eating high volume, low calorie foods can work well. More fresh foods, less processed foods. Fruits, vegetables, whole grains etc.1 -

It's not that you're not eating as well as you should. It's that you're eating more than you should.
Eat what you like. Get a food scale, if you don't already have one, and make it your best friend.

A big eye opener would be to enter all your meals for a day, really weighing your foods to see what your portion sizes are like to get a sense how much you are eating. You may see opportunities to reduce your portion sizes. Many people are surprised how small a portion of cereal, pasta, or peanut butter really is.1
