Can anyone look at my diary and tell me what I can change and how I can better my diet ?

I have a food scale that puts everything in eithwr grams Oz or pounds and I always use oz. What can I substitute for the carbs ?0

Why would you need to substitute carbs ? Do you have a medical condition ? Has a doctor told you to restrict carbs ?

Based on a brief look at the last few days, it looks like most days you're eating right around 1,000 calories. It's possible that you have metabolic damage (basically your metabolism can slow down due to long-term low calorie intake).
It also looks like quite a bit of what you're eating is fairly processed (as in pre-packaged or not simple fresh foods). Quite often, this means more salt which can also (with me especially) cause bloating.
Finally, I'm assuming what was meant by this is that your carbs are fairly high in comparison to your protein.Yi5hedr3 wrote:Cut carbs. Set Macros to 20/20/60.
